Return and Refund Policy

To prevent our product from the risks associated with spoilage, adulteration or misbranding, we cannot resell returned food items. Hence, we must discard returned food. For public safety reasons, all food sales are FINAL SALES.

Anyway, please, inspect package and products as soon as they arrive at your door!

If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. Any delay in contacting our Customer Service Department makes it more difficult to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please, keep ALL packaging and items EXACTLY AS THEY ARRIVED and take pictures. Claims for damage received after 7 days will not be honored.

In any case, please note that:

-We would offer you a refund, gift card or replacement. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

-Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment. Your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

-If the package is visibly damaged, do not refuse the delivery! Inspect package and products, take pictures, and contact us. In most cases, a damaged shipment will never arrive back to us. The carrier will discard it and it will be impossible to assess the real damage and determine responsibilities.

Change or cancel your order

-If you placed your order incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to add or remove the items you need. Please, be aware that we will not be able to do it once the order is in the process of being shipped to you.

-If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order is not already in the shipping queue, we will cancel it and full refund you. All orders paid through PayPal will be partially refunded. A 2.9% +$0.30 fee will be charged from October 11, 2019, because PayPal does not return to us the fees charged from the original transaction.

All orders canceled at La Chinata's discretion will be fully refunded.
